During my internship, I will be getting feedback on assignments that Mr. Protzman will be making me do and posting my writing on a blog he will be teaching me how to create. In my blog, Mr. Protzman is going to be commenting on each piece of writing I will be posting. He has a writing group on Tuesdays and I am going to go to one. Mr. Sphere is finding out if I can internship with a writer/editor for a day [at the Chapel Hill Magazine].
I do not have enough information to know what my schedule will look like. I know that on Monday morning, I am going to his house for him to show me how to make a blog and then I am going write. On Tuesday, I am going to his writing group and will be writing on my blog. For the next three days, I am going to post writing on my blog and possibly meet him and talk on the phone. Then, if Mr. Sphere finds someone else I can internship with, I will be with that person for a day.
My goal for this internship is to improve my writing skills and I believe that doing this internship with Mr. Protzman will help me improve. Also, I wish to become a writer because I have always loved to write and I want to experience how a writer works.

PS Another rule to keep in mind is to search for "that" in general. Mostly it can be left out with no damage being done. In the excerpt above, you could have done without it and the meaning would still be clear.
